Ford Athletes Swim 83% Lifetime Bests at State Meets

Throughout the week we will be posting some of the accomplishments from the 2009 Age Group and Senior State Championships held last week at BEST Swim Club in Phoenix. Tonight's statistic is that Ford swam 338 PR's at the 2009 State Championships. Of those swims, 187 were on the Senior end (87.5%), and 151 of were from the Age Group end of the meet (78.8%). That is a lot of fast swimming! Thanks to the athletes who swam fast, all of my assistant coaches who coached them, and the parents who supported them. Well done!
