Follow the link below to view the 2009 LC State Championship initial Psych Sheet. There are approx. 450 swimmers entered in this years Championship meet. Top 16 swimmers from prelims score points, top 24 swimmers from prelims get a second swim.
Be prepared for Relays on Thursday after the distance events (200 Free), Friday at the beginning and end of finals (200 Medley before, 400 Free after). Saturday at the end (800 Free) and Sunday also at the end (400 Medley).
Warm up and meet start as follows: Thursday (4:00pm warm-up, 5:00pm start). Friday, Saturday, and Sunday prelims (7:00am warm-up, 8:30am start), finals (4:00pm warm-up, 5:00pm start).
